A new joint project of the Public Opinion Foundation and the Effective Policy Foundation has opened in Russian Journal - Long-Distance Communication .
The project was based on the idea of understanding whether the 20th century for Russia was a century of ruin and death or a century of glory and the creation of a great power. “Long-Range Communication” uses a unique mechanism of reverse interviews: the role of questioners are those whose opinions are usually called expert, and the role of experts is all those who are touched by the questions posed.
The project is designed for Internet users, but those who do not have access to the Internet can also take part in it. Questions and comments from the authors of Long Distance Communication are published in the media (the first publications were in the newspaper Novye Izvestia). Take part in the project!03/16/99
