Clinton wants to teach at Oxford
Bill Clinton, speaking at a rally in support of Democratic Senate candidate Hillary Clinton, mentioned that after his presidential term he wanted to return to his alma mater, Oxford University, as a visiting professor. Three decades ago, the current US president was not even given a bachelor's degree at Oxford.

The more Hillary Clinton gets involved in politics, the more her husband thinks about how to continue his career after leaving the White House. He receives tempting offers for future employment, in particular, from Wall Street - to become a consultant to a number of large companies, as well as from film director Steven Spielberg, who would like to see Clinton in the leadership of his Dreamworks concern. Some time ago there was talk that Clinton could become the head of the Screen Actors Guild. Ronald Reagan already had experience in this position, but not after his presidency, but before.
Yet Clinton apparently intends to choose an academic career and become a professor at Oxford. He already has some experience: Clinton briefly taught at the University of Arkansas Law School. And Clinton came to Oxford in the late 60s through an international student exchange program thanks to a Rhodes Foundation scholarship and studied in the specialty "fundamentals of civil service." However, as the British press ironically notes, Clinton succeeded mainly in the subject of “evading the problems of Southeast Asia” (that is, from army service during the Vietnam War), and never completed his studies and did not receive the bachelor’s degree in philosophy that was due to him. In addition, it was during those years that the future president of the United States smoked marijuana (albeit without inhaling) and was seen in the company of people with pro-communist views. Nevertheless, even with such a negative student profile, in 1994, during a state visit to Great Britain, President Clinton received the title of honorary professor at Oxford.
