The headquarters of the presidential representative in the North Caucasus, Viktor Kazantsev, will be located in the Stavropol region, and not in Rostov-on-Don, as previously assumed. Kazantsev himself announced this in Essentuki at a meeting with representatives of the Mineralnye Vody administration. “I came to see where to create a base for the work of the office of the presidential representative - in the Stavropol Territory or in the Caucasian Mineral Waters. Rostov is far away, but here everything is nearby - all the North Caucasian republics. This is where we need to create a base, and in the near future a headquarters will appear here" , said the Governor General.
