At first I answered them with a quote from Chaif ​​A - in the sense that do not rush to bury us. Later he referred to employment, poor health, personal life ... But in all these 17 months of separation from the reader, I knew firmly: one day the day will come when I will return to the scripture of the notes of VI. And now, the day has come.

Of course, one could postpone the renewal of these notes and further - the good of reasons has always been and there are plenty. The remake of the design, rewriting the software part, updating prehistoric service pages, settling legal issues with the new publisher ( there is no more , and with a memonet and a Citiline, the topic of continuation of notes was not discussed yet on their initiative or on mine: what to talk about, if there is nothing to talk about). Yes, you never know good reasons for inaction. But you just want to want, as all of them are canceled with a simple effort of will. Which I undertook today. And the result is in front of you.

For those readers who do not know (or managed to forget) that there is such an evening Internet, I risk defining. This is highly subjective, the author’s review of the network - first mainly the world, and later more and more domestic - entering the CityLine.ru server from December 24, 1996 daily, then between April 25, 1999, as mentioned above. Soon after its appearance, the genre of webons in the Russian Internet has blossomed with a magnificent color . The number of people who want to betray their own impressions of acquaintance with the network, its wealth and customs, went to Runet first for tens, and then hundreds. The boom of the web -eye, which began around the spring of 1997, then lasted a year and a half or two, and the number of authors stubbornly sought to exceed the size of the audience. And then in the Russian Internet ended the time of loners, a man-orchestra, and the present began, using the terminology of Mr. Parker : collective projects began to arise, investments began, for many yesterday’s enthusiasts the enthusiasm for the network inevitably turned into a main specialty. From those who survived this metamorphosis, webozhnii should be especially calledan unlimited link , Paravozov-Nuza and Zavalishin ( exler is easier: he later began). But the author of these lines, placed before the need to divide the poor 30 hours in his days between Gazeta.ru (subsequently - tape.ru, news, memonet, soros, journalism of the Moscow State University) and his personal notes, was forced to sacrifice the last. At that time, it was the only possible solution for me. I was where I was in demand. I would like to believe that this my choice was then correct. But times are changing.

To date, the structure, demography, market conditions and the investment situation in the Russian Internet have led to the fact that all any noticeable resources in it are extremely depersonalized. If a year ago I could express all my ideas, thoughts and views through the form and content of Gazeta.ru, today all those projects in which I am a manager or chef-editor are a product of the collective leadership of a dozen people, whose views on life and ideas about the proper differ from my own. Of course, we can always find a civilized compromise among ourselves, otherwise no cooperation would be possible. However, the need for the site where I could express my purely personal, special opinion, not coinciding with the views of my colleagues and investors, everything is more acute every day. And such a platform can not serve as either Lenta.ru, Nesti.ru, nor projects of a memnet. Hence the decision to revive the evening Internet and a recent agreement with Lebedev Studio on the creation of the Nossik.ru server - my first personal page during my life in Russia ...

Thus, the meaning of the now -revive evening Internet is not in the survey of sites and programs, not in conquering a mass audience, looking for hints in their web wraps, not in capitalization and not in advertising income, but simply in the possibilities for me to personally express my own opinion about the events and processes that occur today in Runet. I suppose there is a reader who will be quite interesting to this opinion.
