
In one of the markets of Pyatigorsk in the Stavropol Territory, an radio -controlled explosive device was discovered the night before. According to NTV with reference to Interfax, the explosive device was found on the Lira market at about 17:30 Moscow time.
According to sources in the interior of Pyatigorsk, the explosive device consisted of a 66 mm mortar mine packed in a plastic bottle. It was activated using a radio remote control from a car alarm. The sappers of riot police and the ATS, caused by the discovery of the mines, discharged an explosive device.
