NTV reports that, thanks to the successful provocation, the entrepreneur Anatoly Bykov, along with his lawyers, began to familiarize themselves with the materials of the criminal case on the attempt on Pavel Struganov. And the head of the investigative group Sergei Lapin told ITAR-TASS that the term of Bykov’s detention was extended for another three months and the investigation "has not yet seen the grounds for changing the preventive measure." According to the investigator, the case may be referred to court in February.
