Politicians tore their shirts: they say that civil services should not accept gifts - objectivity will end. The employees of the special services themselves said that they had no money, there was nowhere to take it, but death is better than disgrace ... there is no fund under the Ministry of Internal Affairs (back in the days of Rushailo, there was a loud corruption scandal). And the money is still carried and carried ...

They carry, for example, for the needs of the Federal Tax Police Service (FSNP), which is now much more relevant. There is practically no commercial organization that would not complain about the tax authorities. Justified or not is another matter. The result is important.

As a result, apparently, "at the request of the working people" a very rational system appeared. In our field of vision came the "Non-profit organization Fund for Assistance to the Development of Tax Reforms", created by one of the former tax officials and not directly related to the FSNP. Considering the fate of the large police and prosecutorial funds, it is clear that not a single fund under the Federal Tax Service will physically survive. So there is no need to arrange it in close proximity. Tax reforms are a loose concept, and the name implies that the fund is a completely non-governmental organization. Of course, we understand that the state is sorely lacking money for its special services. Why be surprised that they receive funds from the private sector, which, of course, has its own interests, not always, by the way, coinciding with the state. Money is ridiculous, but the point is in principle and in some uncomfortable obligations that even insignificant “donations” can generate. Naturally, the one who pays orders the music. And unfortunately, not only in the concert hall "Russia".
