Firstly, the actions of police officers and army men in this case grossly violate several articles of the Constitution at once. Article 49 says that no one is obliged to present evidence of his guilt. There is a presumption of innocence, any doubt is interpreted in favor of the accused. If you follow the position of the authorities that a person must carry papers exempting him from conscription, then you must have a certificate with you that you are not a murderer, not a thief, not a hijacker ... This is simply ridiculous.

Secondly, according to article 51 of the Constitution, no one should testify against himself, his relatives and friends. “I won’t testify” - that’s your whole answer.

Thirdly, if a citizen of the Russian Federation is taken to the police station, he is entitled to a lawyer. From the moment of detention, arrest or indictment. The very fact that you are in the department should be accompanied by a clear phrase: "I will not communicate without a lawyer."

In addition, young people can demand from the police that the teacher be informed about their detention if they study at school or a technical school, at work or at home. So in no case should you give up and lose heart. Say that the actions of the police are illegal, and do not report to them. Such actions must be filed with the prosecutor's office. For a police officer - to the ordinary district prosecutor's office, and for a military man - to the military prosecutor's office, because they are not under the jurisdiction of a simple prosecutor's office.

There is another very important point. Today Russia has not adopted a law on alternative military service. There are several drafts in the State Duma, and we hope that democratically minded deputies will accept them. Twice a year, the rights of citizens are violated in the country, because the Constitution gives the right to alternative service, but there is no law on this. And under this sauce, those who want to serve are alternatively called up for military service. My position is as follows: the absence of a law is not a basis for violating the Constitution.

If a person received a summons and did not appear, the military registration and enlistment office requests the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They come to him and legally take him where they need to go, but only a specific person, and not the first person they meet on the street. Raids are a violation of the law.

In fact, we didn't have any such requests. But the victims of such "raids" can safely apply to the prosecutor's office. Surely such actions will be recognized as illegal. The authorities should not pass the population through a sieve. This is a violation of the Constitution, the fundamental law of the Russian Federation.

Now the military registration and enlistment offices have a shortage of conscripts, and there is a certain plan for the extraction of the defenders of the Motherland. But the days when the end justifies the means are long gone.
