The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to satisfy the tax inspectorate No. 3 of the Central Administrative District (CAO) of the capital in satisfying the claim for the liquidation of NTV+ CJSC, reports Ekho Moskvy with reference to Interfax. The tax authority asked for the company to be liquidated on the grounds that in recent years the company's net assets have been "minus" and this could lead to tax arrears. Previously, the court refused to satisfy a similar claim by Tax Inspectorate No. 9 of the Central Administrative District against CJSC Bonum-1 and Inspectorate No. 3 of the Central Administrative District - against JSC NTV and CJSC Media-Most, CJSC TNT-Teleset.
The tax inspectorate of the Central Administrative District of Moscow filed claims to the court for the liquidation as insolvent of four companies - NTV, NTV+, TNT-Teleset and Media-Most CJSC in December. The management of the tax inspectorate then stated that the essence of the violations committed by the companies NTV, NTV-Plus, TNT-Teleset and ZAO Media-Most was the discrepancy between the size of the authorized capital and net assets of the current law on joint-stock companies.
