As the representative of the Prosecutor General’s Office noted, the investigation team continues to search and extract the bodies of the dead sailors. According to Russian Prosecutor General Vladimir Ustinov, under the rubble in Kursk there are still bodies of submariners who should be raised in the very near future.

As for the investigation, then to the final conclusions of the investigation about the causes of the catastrophe of the nuclear crossing, the work of the investigative brigade has just begun. But, obviously, some conclusions can be drawn today. Apparently, there is reason to believe that the crushing explosion in the first compartment, which destroyed Kursk, did not happen at all during the submarine torpedo attack, as some suggested.
