The largest shipment of heroin in recent times, more than 40 kg, was detained by law enforcement agencies in the Ryazan region. During the joint operation, employees of the local Internal Affairs Directorate and the FSB Directorate managed to reach an extensive network of drug dealers, which was led by visitors from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. They usually transported heroin in the caches of trucks carrying fruits or juices. It was one of these shipments that detectives managed to intercept, and now they hope to reach the entire chain in different regions that ensured the operation of the smuggling channel.
