Either Pasha ordered it, or Pasha was ordered

Krasnoyarsk businessman Vilor Struganov, better known in criminal circles as Pasha Tsvetomuzika, was detained yesterday by criminal investigation officers.

The name of Pasha Tsvetomuzika became widely known thanks to the media about a year ago. Allegedly, it was he who was planned to be killed by the former chairman of the board of directors of KrAZ, Anatoly Bykov. However, the executor of the order, Andrei Vasilenko, allegedly got scared at the last moment and confessed to law enforcement agencies. After this, Anatoly Bykov was arrested and is still in the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center. On January 4, his case will be heard in the Meshchansky Court of Moscow.

Vilor Struganov, meanwhile, decided to compete for the seat of deputy of the regional legislative assembly from the Leninsky district of Krasnoyarsk (elections took place on December 23). Mr. Struganov conducted the election campaign on a truly merchant scale. For example, in Krasnoyarsk, the newspaper “Pravda of the Leninsky District”, registered in the Altai Mountains, sold in huge circulations.

Nevertheless, Pasha Tsvetomuzika lost the election miserably, receiving a little more than 6% of the vote. According to unofficial information, his arrest is also related to the elections. Last Friday, an explosion was heard near Krasnoyarsk school No. 100, where one of the polling stations was located. As a result, one person died, and the second is in serious condition in intensive care. The explosive device, according to experts, for some reason went off right in the hands of the perpetrators.

According to our sources, the surviving terrorist said that he and his accomplice came to Krasnoyarsk from Bashkiria at the request of Vilor Struganov. They were paid 50 thousand dollars for organizing a series of explosions in the city. Officials have so far refrained from making any comments. Nevertheless, representatives of the internal affairs bodies confirmed that the people affected by the explosion actually came to Krasnoyarsk from Ufa and, according to operational information, they are indeed members of one of the criminal groups. By a strange coincidence, it was during the stay of these people in Krasnoyarsk that several explosions occurred. First, Mr. Struganov’s car was blown up, and about a day later, unknown attackers dropped a bomb into the sewer pipe of his house. Pasha Tsvetomuzika himself was not injured. Krasnoyarsk residents reacted to this series of explosions with humor. There was even talk that Mr. Struganov himself organized the assassination attempt. However, after the explosion there was no time for jokes at the school. It was only by luck that the children were not harmed.
