The conflict between the teacher and the first grader ended with the court

In Perm, the trial on the lawsuit filed by the Perm human rights center and the parents of the first -grader against his teacher ended, Izvestia.Ru reports.

A local school teacher ╧ 124 Karamova and the school principal made an official apology for violation of pedagogical ethics admitted to the student.

The conflict between the teacher and the first -grader began back in September, when Karamova only took first -graders. Vitya did not like the teacher with his excessive activity. The teacher and student had constant skirmishes. After the next of them, the teacher in the lesson forced the children to write writings in the genre of statements in the name of the school director on "that Vitya Valiev did bad for me for the past period."

During the work of the class on the task, the punished boy cried and asked not to give statements to the school principal. The teacher, instead of stopping the execution, promised that she would transfer the boy to the "intra -school" on which students are placed with deviations from normal behavior. And at the solemn presentation of the tablets, after the end of the first class, the boy issued a document with underestimated grades. The child refused to take the certificate and then Karamov in the presence of other children and their parents broke the tablet to small shreds.

The parents of the child, together with the Perm human rights center, decided to file a lawsuit. The director of the human rights center, Igor Averkiev, commented on this situation in this way: regardless of the reasons that served as the development of a conflict between a teacher and a child, the situation in the school in relation to Viktor Valiev Anti -Humann and violates the basic principles of the international convention signed by Russia on the rights of the child.

Now parents transferred the boy to another school, where he studies on five and has no comments on behavior.
