A deputy of the city assembly was killed in Sochi

In Sochi, a murder of a deputy of the city assembly of Vladimir Efryushkin took place, Interfax reports.

According to law enforcement agencies, the murder occurred on Wednesday night. Unknown people dealt with Efryushkin near his house.

According to the agency, Efryushkin became a deputy of the city assembly recently. He belonged to a famous family in the city. The father of the murdered some time ago held the post of head of the city Internal Affairs Directorate.

Details of the murder became known to the Russian news service . Eyewitnesses reported that the night before, Efryushkin, along with his family, drove up to his house.

Having told his relatives to rise home, he remained to talk with unknown young people. The conversation was in elevated colors, after which Efryushkin began to severely beat.

The neighbors called the police, but the unknown managed to hide. Efryushkin was inflicted 15 stab wounds. He had a wife who works in the local boarding house "suburbs", and a two -year -old daughter.

For some time, Efryushkin headed this boarding house, so experts do not exclude that one of the motives of the murder could be a struggle for the redistribution of property.

Law enforcement experts suggested the nature of the damage caused that Efryushkin was beaten with iron rods. The motives of the murder have not yet been reported. The main versions will be built on the fact that Vladimir Efryushkin, who led the boarding house of the Moscow Region, was nominated for the mayor of Sochi and intended to participate in the coming elections to the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory.
