The ministry, headed by Mr. Artyukhov, who is already called the minister of oligarchs behind his back, in November last year gave license number AST11057 to anyone hitherto unknown dwarf company Primoryeneftegaz (authorized capital - 1 million rubles), registered in September of the same year (!) in Astrakhan itself, but for some reason not yet registered with the local tax office. Let's look at the founders. Among them is a certain company "Prominvest" (Krasnogorsk, Moscow region), the founders of which, in turn, are: CJSC "Titul", CJSC "Unicomrietle", OJSC "Unicominvest-Center".

A knowledgeable person only needs to look at these names in order to establish that these structures belong to the former owner of the most scandalous Unicombank, Mr. Ashot Yeghiazaryan. In the past - a very respected businessman, now - a deputy and deputy chairman of the Budget Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Here are the goodies. In this situation, I think, there will be no problems with budgetary lending. And the haste with which the license was given is quite understandable - and not at all to a small firm, but to an underground oligarch involved in a number of political and semi-criminal scandals.

One such scandal just occurred with the same Unicominvest Center, which has now taken up oil. We have already written about the strange story with the purchase of RTR-Signal. Then another minister - Lesin - pleased his dear little man, allowing him to actually take away from the state a complex of buildings for the production of programs on Shabolovka, the Klin largest studio for receiving and transmitting programs, etc...

The Accounts Chamber at one time swore very strongly about this. Since the book value was underestimated by 39 times! Moreover, the competition for the purchase of shares, as in the case of the Astrakhan field, was held in the shortest possible time - in two weeks. And only two companies participated in the competition: both are Mr. Yeghiazaryan's favorite brainchildren. Moscow National Bank and Unicominvest Center. It is logical that there are two - and who else would have had time to prepare for the competition in such a short time? Do you recognize the handwriting?

And "Unicominvest-Center" becomes the owner of a 75 percent stake. His daughter "Prominvest" has almost the same amount in the "Floodplain area".

The most surprising thing (which makes it possible for us to make some forecasts) is that after some time RTR-Signal receives a loan in the amount of $28.6 million. And if we take into account that most of the money contributed by Unicominvest Center to RTR-Signal under the guise of investments was then withdrawn and replaced with bills of the same Unicominvest Center - unnecessary and useless pieces of paper, then the Accounting the ward really had something to worry about. After all, in this way Ashot Yeghiazaryan got his hands on a huge piece of federal property, without spending practically anything. What is stopping him from doing the same this time? Moreover, what is the demand from the Unikominvest-Center, if its founders are the now defunct Unicombank and UniTrust brokerage?

In this case, you don’t have to worry about the state loan either - there are enough lobbyists for Yeghiazaryan both in the Ministry of Natural Resources and in the White House itself. For example, Mr. Merzlikin, the head of the government apparatus, worked for a long time both at Unikombank and at the Moscow National Bank.

The question arises: why does the Minister of Natural Resources Vitaly Artyukhov need all this? Why did the formidable minister, who is so meticulous about other companies, be led like a greedy clerk? Maybe because, if you dig, you can reach another interest? Kreditprombank, whose board was headed by Artyukhov Jr., had stable business relations with Yeghiazaryan's Unikombank. And among the founders of Primoryeneftegaz there are just two individuals.
