State Duma against the elimination of the Communist Party and Running Zyuganov to criminal liability

The State Duma did not support the projects of appeals to the Minister of Justice Yuri Chaika and Prosecutor General Vladimir Ustinov on the liquidation of the Communist Party and the attraction of her leader Gennady Zyuganov to criminal liability, RIA Novosti reports.

Both documents submitted for consideration by the Chamber by independent deputy Alexander Fedulov did not gain 226 votes necessary for the decision to make a decision. According to Fedulov, a number of public speaking and publications of Zyuganov were aimed at "anti-constitutional inciting social and national growth" and are subject to criminal law assessment in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

April 9, after Fedulov made a proposal to eliminate the Communist Party, OVR excluded him from his ranks "for the actions that discredit the faction."
