There is a version connecting the terrorist attack with the coming elections of the chairman of the State Council, which is the head of the republic in Dagestan. In this case, the criminals set themselves the goal of showing the inability to control the situation and achieve a change in the ruling elite of the republic.

The version of the "Chechen trace", although it exists formally, can hardly be considered seriously. No one, including counterintelligence, has no doubt that the attack is committed by the inhabitants of Dagestan. The organizer of the attack was officially declared, or rather, a native of the Republic of Rappani Khalilov was appointed. At one time, he was the first deputy Hattaba, but not so long ago stood out with his Dagestan detachment in an independent combat unit. According to available information, Rappani himself categorically denies his involvement in the Caspian explosion, although he recognizes the authorship of terrorist attacks against military personnel and police officers, while stating that this kind of shares will continue to be held.

According to the main version, the Caspian explosion is the work of religious extremists. The officer of one of the special services cited the figure: three thousand inhabitants of Dagestan underwent special training in the camps of Khattaba. In the republic there is a deeply conspiracy underground, there is a semblance of cells not only in every city, but also in every urban area.

The explanation is more than naive: to seriously think about the caliphate today is the same as dreaming of recreating the country of Inca. The disappearance or even a sharp reduction in income from its sale will jeopardize the very existence of a number of state formations living exclusively at the expense of oil -eater. It is such a scenario of the development of events that cannot be excluded if the full -scale development of Caspian deposits begins. You can interfere with this, if you maintain constant tension - and not only in Chechnya, but throughout the region. Permanent local wars and permanent terrorist attacks make it impossible not only to exploration and operation of wells, but also by transit of energy resources.

The fact that something serious is happening around Dagestan is also evidenced by the fact that in mid-June, according to some information, the President of Russia will arrive. According to the conversations in the offices of the government, the alleged visit of Vladimir Putin can be associated both with the political situation in Dagestan and with the alleged start of the development of new oil fields.
