Two political and criminal intrigues began to have a casualized on the evening of June 27. The governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug (NAO) Vladimir Butov was put on the federal wanted list. Another revolution occurred in the Slavneft office. Together with investigators of the Prosecutor General’s Office, one of three (according to the versions of different courts) of the company’s presidents Mikhail Gutseriev penetrated into the building. He changed his guards, ordered all the employees to take out the street and take the passes from them. The company's top management on the morning of June 28 could not get to work. The investigators who accompanied Gutseriev presented a resolution with permission to inspect the office and the seizure of documents signed by Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Makarov. Both events occurred as to order, in the absence of the president. It looks like Vladimir Putin just want to put a fact. Or before the facts.

The Governor of the NAO Vladimir Butovu is primarily charged with the organization of a criminal offset carried out by NAO with Purneftegaz OJSC in 1997. Then the federal budget lost about 8 billion of non -minimized rubles, allocated to finance the northern fees. Butov appears in several criminal cases.

According to the interlocutor of Grani.ru at the Prosecutor General’s Office, the “collision” of law enforcement agencies of the North-Western District on the Governor is explained by the firm intention of influential representatives of the “Leningrad team” in the Kremlin to reanimate a number of other criminal cases related to the activities of the former first deputy Minister of Finance Andrei Vavilov, who recently occupied the Senator’s chair from the Penza region. The owner of Northwilov CJSC is the old business partner of Butova. It was thanks to the Nenets governor that this company managed to obtain a license to develop a large oil field in the Val Gamburtsev, located in the district. The scandal around the Val Gamburtsev Val was venerated by the competitor of Severneft, the Lukoil concern, whose interests in the district represented by CJSC LUKOIL -Severs.

Interestingly, Botov is also charged with “abuse of official position”: for several months he resolutely refused to sign the license of the Northern Lights to the management of another deposit - Musyurshorsky. This company also numbers Lukoil-Severs among its shareholders. The Northern Lights won the competition, but another, close to Butov, oil producer - Nenets Oil Company OJSC, decisively did not want to allow a stranger to deposit. Butov himself has not been shown in the district capital of Naryan-Mar for about four months.

According to the interlocutor of the faces of the faces, on Bolshaya Dmitrovka, Vavilov has “strong positions”, but those who would like to deal with him, “also positions, and also strong”. Now - about the new battles around Slavneft, happily coincided in time not only with the announcement of the Nenets governor, but also with the departure of President Vladimir Putin to the G8 summit. At one time, as the City.ru already wrote, the president himself insisted on the dismissal of Mikhail Gutseriev. Gutseriev, a man very influential in front -line Ingushetia, was believed to prevent the Kremlin from leading the President of this Republic of the FSB Murat Zyazikov in the chair.

In fact, the political scandal around Gutseriev was, apparently, "ordered" by the interpromombank. The Pugachev-Veremeenko group planned to advance its creatures into the company, in return, promising Gutseriev immunity from criminal prosecution. Gutseriev accepted the conditions of surrender, appointed Key posts in the "Slavneft" of the people of the interprombank and went on vacation. However, the troubles of the President of Slavneft were successfully used by his business partner - the Governor of the Chukotka AO Roman Abramovich, as well as Gutseriev, who was a secret among the shareholders of the Slavs. With the support of Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov and the leadership of the minimum permissions, he managed to advance Yuri Sukhanov to the post of president of the company.

The Prosecutor General immediately aroused a criminal case against Sukhanov and vice president of Dmitry Perevalov. Litigation led to the fact that formally, the first vice president Anatoly Baranovsky, and the "new old" Gutseriev himself, also claimed for the presidential chair, except Sukhanov.
