The US National Strategy of the United States, which US President George Bush will officially publish in Washington on Tuesday , contains a proposal to create in the structure of the future Ministry of Internal Security of the Directorate of Lands of Threats with special functions.
The text of the 100-page document, pre-transmitted by the Bush administration in the media, indicates that the special management will have at its disposal the so-called "hazard groups" formed from exploration and special services specialists.
Experts in these groups will act as real terrorists, planning and developing, as well as trying to stage terrorist attacks against the most important objects of state and economic infrastructure of the United States.
The White House believes that in this way the "control of threat exploration" will be able to find "vulnerable places" in the system of security of "critical" state -owned objects, helping security services and law enforcement agencies to prevent the attacks of real terrorists.
“We must be ready to adapt as our enemies will change their ways to strike,” the document emphasizes.
In the strategy developed by the White House, the practice of checks used for some time is actually fixed and applied to other objects of the security services of American nuclear power plants, where sudden “raids” and “attacks” are used to test specially trained employees of contract organizations that fully simulate the possible actions of terrorists.
Similar actions are also taken from time to time by representatives of the Federal Aviation Administration, who, using dummies with mulyazhi weapons and explosives, check the reliability of the airport services, the task of which includes pre -neopodic control of baggage, hand luggage and the air passengers themselves.
