The conflict around the largest Russian liquor plant "Crystal" seems to be resolved peacefully. According to Kommersant , the general director of the Moscow LVZ "Crystal" Alexander Timofeev announced to the top managers of the enterprise that in the next few days the plant would leave and transfer the department Alexander Romanov.
This means that the previous and current leadership of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosspirtprom" (it owns 51% of the "Crystal") agreed among themselves on the further fate of the plant. According to the newspaper, realizing that it would not be possible to take the “Crystal” storm, the leadership of FSUP decided to try to change power at the factory by negotiations, offering the former Rosspirtprom general director Sergei Zivenko very favorable conditions.
Kommersant writes that Zivenko refused claims to the plant in exchange for control of the sale of "Crystal" in the regions
None of the parties to the conflict will officially comment on the information about the agreement.
