“Most likely, he was chosen for this role by the abductors themselves to transfer Lukoil to the representatives of their demands,” said the interlocutor of Interfax.

But at the moment, the parties cannot agree on the mechanism of transferring the ransom, namely, "for specific details of transferring money in exchange for the release of corn."

A source in law enforcement said that certain information, representing the value for the investigation and operatives, gave a video with a cuckoo appeal. “After a thorough study of the film, certain details were obtained that will help to go on the trail of the abductors,” he said.
