
The ordered murder was committed on Thursday evening in the central district of the Russian capital.
According to RIA Novosti in the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate, at about 20:00 in the courtyard of the house 18/20 in Gorokhovsky Lane, police officers found a man with a gunshot wound to the head.
During the inspection of the killed person, he found a certificate of a member of the National Anti -Corruption Committee in the name of Sergei Kharlamov. Police officers check the authenticity of documents.
Presumably, the killer shot a pistol with a silencer, since none of the residents of the house heard the sounds of shots. The criminal shot a man at the back of the head, after which he disappeared.
Currently, an operational investigation group is working at the scene. A set of measures for the search for the alleged killer is being held, the Moscow Central Internal Affairs Directorate said.
A number of high -ranking Russian officials live in the house, opposite the crime.
Later, the personality of a man killed the day before in the center of Moscow was established. It turned out to be Kharlamov S.F. - Assistant on a voluntary basis of the State Duma deputy Nikolai Kovalev (faction "Fatherland - all of Russia"). This was reported in the metropolitan police department.
According to the Central Internal Affairs Directorate, Kharlamov was killed near the house number 18 on Gorokhovsky Lane when he returned from work. The criminal shot several times at the deputy’s assistant. One bullet fell into his head. From the injury received, Kharlamov died on the spot.
From the scene, they were noted in the Central Internal Affairs Directorate, Makarov’s gun with a device for silent shooting and six rounds of ammunition was removed.
For the speedy search for the criminal, the city was introduced in the city, but in hot pursuit it was not possible to detain the killer. Currently, the operational-investigation group interviews the residents of the house number 18.
Law enforcement officers consider all versions of what happened, including those related to the professional activities of the murdered.
According to Interfax, Sergey Kharlamov previously served as deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council.
Kharlamov, a former soldier, quit the reserve with the rank of colonel, served in Afghanistan, has five combat awards, including the Order for personal courage received in Transnistria.
Kharlamov came to the Security Council of the Russian Federation with Alexander Lebed, where he held the position of his deputy. In 1996, by order of the President of Russia was relieved of his position.
Together with Lebed, Kharlamov took part in the signing of the Khasavyurt agreement with Chechnya on August 30, 1996. After the public service, S. Kharlamov took up business, in particular, was one of the founders of Trans Atlantic Line CJSC, specializing in fish trade.
