Natalya Timakova was appointed the new head of the presidential press service. She replaced Mikhail Kalmykov in this position, reports Echo of Moscow. Earlier, Timakova was the first replacement of the head of the Presidential press service department. It is worth noting that Natalya Timakova, at one time, was already Putin’s press secretary when he acted as prime minister.

Natalya Timakova graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Moscow State University. She worked as a correspondent of the newspaper Moskovsky Komsomolets, since 1997 - a special correspondent of the Kommersant Publishing House.
