The forum in Tolyatti is the right initiative. It is necessary to meet and talk about pressing problems of civil society. I am going to take part in the Tolyatti forum.

The work of the Moscow "Civil Forum" gave less effect than expected. Yes, of course, there are certain results, especially on the problem of street children, penitentiary justice, and charitable organizations. But overall, the “Civil Forum” showed the immaturity of civil society. The authorities either do not pay any attention to the range of problems put forward by civil unions, or demonstrate their inactivity in resolving these issues. The political noise that was made at one time about the problems of “Civil Society”, in fact, only distracted real attention to the most serious problems. Expectations that the government would become a reliable and, most importantly, an unfaithful ally, unfortunately, were not justified.

Meanwhile, the president and prime minister most definitely hinted that civil unions need legislative registration of their activities. It is also necessary to expand the capabilities of civil defenders in criminal cases and somehow get out of the situation in which public organizations working in the field of improving criminal legislation find themselves. The inconsistency of the authorities reaches the point that, on the one hand, we are all “sweet and beloved,” but on the other hand, they cannot even provide us with banal reference data that has a public status. They say, look for all the necessary data yourself.

I am not satisfied with the work of the Civil Forum. It seemed that an effective field for cooperation - negotiation platforms on migration issues and forced migrants - did not take place as such. A government commission is working, but this is far from the result of the activities of the Civil Forum. However, the Federal Migration Service does not provide even her with the necessary data for her work. As a result, the most notorious forms of police citizenship legislation will be implemented. The secondary, shadow plan that the state assigns to them in solving the most pressing and pressing problems is clear. As a result, society is again excommunicated from influencing the country and from governing the country.

The state's obvious disdain for civil unions became visible after it became clear that Order No. 80, which prescribes civilized forms of carrying out the so-called “purges,” is not actually being implemented. None of this was carried out in Chechnya; moreover, human rights organizations have facts on their hands that Chechens are forcibly expelled from tent camps located in Ingushetia. As an indicator, the will of the authorities is undoubtedly needed, but it does not have it.
