| The arbitration manager of one of the construction companies in Vladivostok, Andrei Peredrin, was killed by unknown assailants yesterday morning. The criminal waylaid the businessman at the entrance of his house and shot several times from a 16-caliber hunting rifle, which he took with him. Despite such obvious evidence, the police plan “Siren” introduced in the capital of Primorye did not produce results, and the killer managed to escape. When an ambulance called by neighbors arrived at the scene, 41-year-old Mr. Perederin was still alive, but he died on the way to the hospital. Before being appointed to the position of arbitration manager, the deceased worked at the Dalryba company, but, according to the main version of the investigation, the murder is connected specifically with the last position of the entrepreneur.
