"Crematorium" asks the court to protect honor and dignity

In the Khamovnichesky inter -municipal court, the capital on Monday will continue to proceed with the claim of the musicians of the Krematoria group against their former colleague Viktor Troegubov and the Lean Publishing House.

According to Irina Tulubyeva, the lawyer of the Crematorium, the reason for applying the rock group participants to the court with a claim for the protection of honor and dignity for the former colleague in the workshop was the book of Three-Gybov “Life in the crematorium ... and around him,” published by Lean Publishing House in 1999.

The plaintiffs ask the court to oblige the defendants to refute the "inaccurate and defamatory" their honor and dignity of the "fabric" of the former colleague, said Tulubyeva. As the lawyer noted, "the book contains a number of information inappropriate reality, starting about the allegedly financial uncleanness of musicians, and ending with assumptions about the personal life of the group members."

Recently, the leader of the rock band Armen Grigoryan has already won a lawsuit in the Khamovnichesky Court of the Lean publishing house in connection with the illegal illustration of the aforementioned book by the radical poster of Crematoria. For the use of a poster without any contractual obligations, which is recognized as an obvious violation of copyright, the court ordered the publishing house to pay Grigoryan compensation in the amount of 50 thousand rubles.

The Krematorium group was created by Armen Grigoryan in 1983. During this time, the musicians released the albums "Wine Memoirs" (1983), "Strawberry with Ice" (1989), Zombies (1991), "Micronesia" (1996), "Between Heaven and Earth" (1998) and others. Hits "Princhial Wind", "Ugly Elsa", "Strawberry with Ice", "Sexy Cat", "Kathmandu" were the visit cards of the group.
