In Troitsk, the Chelyabinsk region opened a criminal case against the torturer of animals. A certain punishment, a certain Oleg H. offended the animals. Everyone knew this in the local hostel where he lived. But the cup of patience of people was overwhelmed by the "public execution" of the cats that the flayer made.

Several cats - the favorite of children - often rested in a pipe connecting the kitchen and bathroom. So, this H. scored the pipe with paper and set fire to. One cat burned down, he killed two others in front of the children.

For brutal handling of animals, representatives of law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case against the flayer. Now it will be awaited either by a large fine or correctional labor for up to one year.

In the Chelyabinsk region, this is the second case in recent years, when law enforcement agencies bring to judicial responsibility persons who are brutally appealed to animals.
