“We must not forget that 80% of Russians and Orthodox live in our country,” he said. “And this should not cause any disagreements between the peoples.”

The problem of interethnic dialogue was discussed, according to him, participants in the two-day scientific and practical conference "Polyetron resource of Russian statehood", which on the eve opened in Moscow under the patronage of the plenipotentiary representative of the President in the Central Federal District.

Highly assessing the significance of the past forum, the Supreme Mufti called for "not to stop and implement the recommendations developed during his course." So, he agreed to develop a system of education in Russians tolerance in relation to various peoples, as well as the idea of ​​Russian multinational statehood.

The most important task in this regard, he considers the interaction of the state and national public associations for the early prevention of interethnic conflicts and manifestations of nationalism. "When forming the national policy of the state, it is also necessary to take into account the centuries -old experience of the formation of Russia as a multinational state, where the basis of existence is tolerance and respect for other cultures," Tajuddin said.

In this regard, he indicated the absence of a system of education of "tolerance" in interethnic and interethnic relationships at present, although, according to him, "there is no evil between the peoples of Russia." "We have more than a third of mixed marriages, what hatred between the peoples can we talk about?" he said.

At the same time, the Chairman of the Central Executive Committee admitted that interethnic and interfaith relations are trying to use certain forces. “But this will never happen,” he believes. “Events over the past 10 years have not destroyed the basis of interfaith and interethnic relations. This is the immeasurable value that has remained for us from our ancestors.”

As Talgat Tajuzhzhin emphasized, the interethnic dialogue "should go and goes every day."
