In California, 500 people are evacuated due to the explosion of tanks with propane. The explosion occurred in the city of Siko, the Batte district (North California), when the driver of the trailer with tanks filled with propane, in a bend, unsuccessfully launched the car, because of which trailers turned upside down with this cargo. About 36 thousand liters of propane caught fire.

The danger of the incident is aggravated by the fact that it occurred 400 meters from the vault with propane. Therefore, in order to avoid the dangerous consequences, the authorities decided to evacuate everyone who lives in the area at a distance of up to 2 kilometers, RIA Novosti reports.
