Signed the federal law “On temporary measures to ensure the representation of indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation in the legislative (representative) bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.” The new law establishes that when constituting electoral districts in certain territories of compact residence of indigenous minorities, the permissible deviation from the average norm of voter representation in elections of deputies to legislative (representative) bodies of state power of the subjects of the federation is established by the law of the corresponding subject of the federation.

He signed an order to submit to the State Duma a draft federal law concerning additions to the Tax Code, changes and additions to other acts of legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as to invalidate the federal law “On fees for the use of water bodies.” The official representative of the Russian government when considering these projects by the chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation was appointed Secretary of State - First Deputy Minister of Finance Sergei Shatalov.
