"Bavaria" may not become the champion of Germany

Munich Bavaria may not become the country's champion this year, although it is the first to go in the standings. This will happen if the existence of a secret contract between the club and the Media Magnate Leo Kirch is proved.

The amount of this advertising agreement is 42 million marks. Moreover, the 17 -time German football champion concluded this agreement, knowing very well about the existence of a collective agreement - the entire Bundesliga - with Leo Kirch. The chief manager of Bavaria, Henesses, trying to repay all scandals in the afternoon of Friday in Munich, an urgent press conference, which was literally rushed to about 50 journalists, among which there were representatives of eight television channels at once.

According to Heness, the club did not violate any laws, we were not obliged to report to anyone about the existence of a separate agreement with Leo Kirch. Thus, he recognized the existence of such a contract, but noticed, at the same time, that the Munich club even paid almost half of the money received according to this agreement to the treasury of Germany. In addition, Heness denied the assertion that it was precisely thanks to these additional income Bavaria who was able to buy new football stars abroad and now easily wins the German Championship of everyone in a row, ITAR-TASS notes.

A little later, the meeting was held by the Presidium of the German Football League. It should be noted that this organization entered into a collective agreement with Kirsch, but did not know about the existence of a separate agreement that Kirch had with Bavaria. While the officials stopped on the study of the issue from all sides, saying that it was not worth making skillful conclusions. At the same time, they admitted that in addition to this contract, they have a number of questions to Bavaria.

Meanwhile, football players performing in the Bundesliga say that Bavaria should be punished in the game plan. So, the goalkeeper of the Dortmund Borussia Jens Lemann said that if it is proved that Bavaria really went around all other clubs, organizing additional financial benefits for himself, then she should be punished by selecting her glasses scored in the current championship. Now Bavaria is the leader in the Bundesliga championship with a giant margin of eight points.
