The main idea of ​​this document was that supporters of the new organization would be subject to sanctions, up to the exception.

“From the documents and statements of the new organization is quite obvious,” the ISU letter says, “that it is hostile to the Union and intends to act in such a way as to destroy ISU.” The new Federation was created during the recent World Cup in the US capital - March 26 - a group of former American athletes, coaches and judges, dissatisfied with ISU activities . The founders of the new organization consider it necessary to transfer figure skating under control and leave only high-speed skating and a short track under the control of ISU. By the way, the first disqualification of ISU has already occurred. We are talking about a Hungarian judge who was seen at a WCF press conference in Washington. This referee was supposed to serve evening competitions, but literally two hours before them by decree, it was removed from the performance of duties from above.
