US Vice President said the UN will not play a key role in post-war settlement in Iraq

The United Nations "are not ready to play the central role" in the post -war settlement in Iraq. The vice-president of the United States Richard Cheini, who was held at the New Orleans of the annual convention of the American Society of Newspaper editors, was again announced about the similar approach of the American administration on Wednesday.
