On April 21, in Bratsk, the annual meeting of shareholders of the cellulose-cardboard plant (Central City Council) was held. On the agenda of the meeting, the question of the merger of the Pulp-Cardboard Plant OJSC with three other enterprises of the Corporation Palp-OJSC Bratskoye Pipholding, OJSC “Ust-Ilymsky LPK” and OJSC Kotlas Central Bank and OJSC INIM Lesprint enterprises was introduced. The meeting also approved the financial documents of the company and the new board of directors was elected.

As the company’s press release, the shareholders voted on all issues of the agenda. The voting results will be announced within 15 days, reports Lenta.ru .
