This summer, the first alcoholic ice cream will go on sale in Perm. As expected, the first batch of new ice cream will appear in kiosks since the beginning of July. Perm ice drifters released a trial batch of elite ice cream, the taste and composition of which was developed throughout the year.

It consists of sealing with a high content of proteins and fats, covered with a chocolate drop with an alcoholic filler and nut. Cognac was used as a filler. Eskimo's weight is 80-90 grams, the creators of the new product said.

According to the "New Region" at the refrigerant, specially for this ice cream marketing service, the plant has developed the "original and non -patented" name - "Gladiator". The first batch of ice cream was tried by members of a specially convened focus group, who approved the taste of a new product.

The price of alcoholic ice cream will be higher than the usual Perm Eskimo. This treat is designed, as manufacturers said, for wealthy buyers.
