The exhibition of works by Sergey Parajanov opens in "Manege"

In Moscow, as part of the XXV Moscow International Film Festival, from June 21 to 29, an exhibition of works by the famous director and artist Sergei Parajanov will be held.

The creator of the films "Shadows of Forgotten ancestors", "Color of a grenade", "The legend of the Suram fortress", "Ashik-Kerib" and other paintings, was also a talented original artist.

The current exhibition will fully present the visual heritage of the master: his collages, drawings, dolls and sketches for films, which he usually painted at first, and then shot. The exposition will be located on the 2nd floor of the Manege exhibition hall, Interfax reports.

Recall that in the framework of the MMKF there will also be an exhibition of sculptural works by Gina Lollobridge. The actress will present her exhibition as part of the film festival. According to Gina, she loves beauty "and would like her sculptures to return the joy of life, touch her soul."

At the exhibition, which will be accommodated from June 24 to August 10 in the Italian courtyard of the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts, 38 works of the actress will be shown.

Lollobriga, connects in its work of the twentieth century and the legacy of classical art, dating back to the era of antiquity. Gin draws up plots for his compositions from his own life related to cinema.
