Two rapists and serial killers of women were detained in the suburbs

In the suburbs, two men suspected of murders and rape of women were detained. This is stated in the official statement by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Two residents of the Balashikhinsky district of the Moscow region born in 1982 and 1986 were detained, who were wanted on the fact of rape and attempt to kill a 20-year-old local resident.

During the investigation, the involvement of similar crimes against residents of the Moscow Region, who until that moment listed as missing people, was established.

The detainees have already admitted to the commission of two murders and indicated the place where the corpses were hidden - in the forest and the basement of an unfinished house in the Balashikhinsky district. Currently, suspects are checked for involvement in similar crimes.

The investigation of these crimes was under the personal control of the Minister of the Interior Boris Gryzlov. By his order, an investigative-operational group of the most experienced employees was created, RIA Novosti reports.
