Ahmed Zakaeva guaranteed normal conditions of detention before the court in case of issuing to Russia. This position was confirmed on Wednesday by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Yuri Kalinin. He answered London's magistrate court of the defense of the emissary of Chechen militants.

The Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, Yuri Chaika, sent a letter to the head of the British Ministry of Internal Affairs David Blankette, in which he guarantees that in the event of Extradition, Zakaev would contain a ministe, Kalinin said.

Zakaev’s lawyer claimed earlier that representatives of Chechen militants Ruslan Alikhadzhiev, Moccal Saidulaev, Turpal Ali Aus and Salman Raduev died in Russian prisons recently in Russian prisons.

Deputy Minister of Justice, Yuri Kalinin, emphasized then that Raduev died his death, and there are no signs of violent death on his body. He noted at the same time that representatives of the Ministry of Health conducted forensic medical examination, and therefore it is independent.

"I admit that on the fact of Raduev’s death, various kinds of speculation may appear, but they are all devoid of any reason," said the deputy head of the Ministry of Justice.

He recalled that shortly before his death, Raduev gave an interview to the Russian media, including television, where he said that he had no complaints against the colony administration. As noted in the Guin of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, "despite the strict measures of the detention of prisoners, Raduyev was treated quite softly. Being in custody, he studied the Qur'an and the Bible."

Raduev served a life imprisonment in the correctional colony N 14 of the city of Solikamsk, Perm region.

Of the four convicts in the case of an attack on the Dagestan city of Kizlyar in January 1996, two survived - Hussein Gaysumov and Aslanbek Alkhazurov. On August 18, 2002, the former Deputy Prime Minister of Ichkeria Turpal-Ali Athegorev died in one of the prisons of Yekaterinburg.
