In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, an emergency may be announced and direct governor's rule is introduced. This proposal was made by the prosecutor of the Kamchatka region Alexander Voitovich at a meeting of the heads of law enforcement agencies of the Kamchatka region, RIA Novosti reports.

He recommended that Governor Mikhail Mashkovtsev "announce the situation in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky with the preparation and the beginning of the heating season of the Extraordinary, and introduce direct governor's rule."

The prosecutor's office of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky opened a criminal case on the fact of violation of the law when using budget funds by the Maria Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
