Russians will feel the influence of new magnetic storms in the coming hours

Magnetic storms caused by flashes in the sun are expected on the ground. This was announced today by the head of the department of the Institute of Applied Geophysics of Roshydromet Pavel Svidsky.

According to him, the outbreaks recorded in the last day may still be repeated. The residents of Russia will feel their consequences in the form of new magnetic storms already tonight or night in Moscow time, he noted. "However, these magnetic storms will be moderate, not as intense as the previous ones," the scientist said.

According to the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Russians often exaggerate the influence of magnetic storms on their health. Only a small part of people suffering from increased anxiety can experience discomfort.

Those who feel subjectively worse are simply “notified of a magnetic storm and believe that it will bring a deterioration in health,” doctors say. In addition, official medical statistics indicate that in the last days when a similar phenomenon was registered, the number of appeals to the doctors remained the same.
