On Wednesday, the Mosoblisbirk summed up the final results of the governor's elections in the Moscow region.

According to the voting results, Boris Gromov, who received 83.04% of votes, was elected the governor. The second place was taken by Alexei Mitrofanov, who scored 4.14% of the votes. In third place was Arkady Schwartzer, for whom 0.87% of voters gave the voices. Closes the four candidates Mikhail Amirbeshvili, who, as a result of the vote, received 0.46% of the vote.

9.73% of the vote was presented against all candidates, Interfax reports.

The Mosoblisburkom noted that 53.09% of the voters of the Moscow region took part in the vote. They also noticed that, in accordance with the new law "On the elections of the Governor of the Moscow Region," Gromov will take their position for five years.
