In November 1999, a pupil of a children's boarding school, located near the city of TULON, escaped from the institution. In the city, he met a 17-year-old girl, whom he met during the previous escape. On the same day, they took several thefts on the outskirts of the city. The next day, another 17-year-old girl joined them.

In the evening, the girls who lived in the apartment in Toulon dressed up a teenager in a dress, put on tights on him, painted their lipsticks and made him a female hairstyle. Having persuaded him to go with them, they put the boy in a car in which there were two adult Arabs.

The company went to the hotel where two rooms were already prepared. There, the boy’s friend ordered him to go to the room with the eldest of the men. In case of failure to fulfill the order, the girl promised to kill him. While the second man had sex with the second girl with her consent, the boy was raped twice. The fugitive was found that evening by his sister. In a women's outfit, he wandered along the central streets of the city. He agreed to return to the boarding school, where he had not told anyone about what had happened for a long time. Only a year later, he confessed to the educators of the boarding school. They immediately reported everything to the prosecutor’s office, which soon started a criminal case.

In June 2001 alone, young pimps were arrested. The first categorically denied the testimony of the boy. The second admitted to almost everything, and even told the investigators that two men were officers of the Saudi Navy. They lived in Toulon in the fall of 1999, when their frigate built in France stood in the port on the port. As a result, the personality of the alleged rapist was established.

In March 2003, the Tubon investigator, leading this case, issued an international order for the arrest of this person. However, there are no results yet. The process should end in two days.
