
The Ministry of Taxes and fees considered the objections of the Yukos NK for the tax audit for 2000 and made a reconciliation of taxes, fines and penalties accrued under the act, as well as additional tax control measures taking into account the objections of the company. This was announced by the press secretary of the company Alexander Shadrin.
"We welcome the emerging constructive approach to the company's check and are ready to continue to interact with the ministry as part of additional tax activities," Shadrin said.
In mid -January, Yukos sent objections to the company presented to the company on December 29 by the act of tax audit for 2000, in which the Ministry of Yukos accused of the illegal scheme for minimizing tax payments, Interfax reports.
