
At the disposal of Polit.ru, a curious document came - the content of the criminal prosecution against the leaders of the Sakharov Center in connection with the accurate exhibition “Caution, religion!”, Disrupted by people who called themselves Orthodox. Moreover, the pogroms themselves were justified, and the organizers and artists are now subjected to persecution. With possible various assessments of the exhibition, the very fact of persecution for art statements, as well as the content of the prosecution, cannot but be alarmed.

... In the period from August to December 2002, Samodurov Yu.V., being the executive director of the International Public Organization “Andrei Sakharov Foundation, the Public Commission for the Preservation of the Heritage of Academician Sakharov” and the director of the autonomous non -profit organization of the Culture “Mira and Public Center“ Peace, Progress, Human Rights ”named after Andrei Sakharov (further, the museum) entered into a preliminary conspiracy with his subordinate group - head of the group - head of the group. Organizations of exhibitions of the museum Vasilovskaya L.V., as well as Zulumyan A.G., Zolyan N., and Mikhalchuk A.A. For the joint preparation and holding of the exhibition in Moscow, the clear conceptual orientation of which consisted in public terms in a visual and demonstration form of a humiliating and insulting attitude to the Christian religion as a whole, and to the Orthodox Christianity and the Russian Orthodox Church, as well as to religious symbols of Orthodox believers, by public demonstration in the museum premises at the address: Moscow Land Val St., 57, p. 6, specially selected exhibits exciting hatred and enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of people on the basis of their attitude to the Christian religion as a whole, and to Orthodox Christianity and the Russian Orthodox Church in particular.
Acting in the fulfillment of a general criminal plan and according to the previously stipulated role, using his official position and powers by which it is endowed with Article 7 of the Museum Charter (to manage the current activities of the museum, to act without a power of attorney on behalf of the museum, to be responsible for the choice, acquisition, installation and functioning of all exhibits and the preparation of the museum), Samodurov Yu.V. He decided to place the exposition in the museum at the address: Moscow, st. Earth Val, 57, p. 6, for the period from January 09 to February 10, 2003, included the exhibition in the exhibitions of exhibitions for 2003 approved by him on December 20, 2002, and provided technical support to create the exhibition of the exhibition in the most corresponding criminal goals.

I selected exhibits for placing the exhibition “Caution, religion!” And ensured the provision of technical support when conducting it by hanging exhibits and making advertising posts by the forces of the museum workers.
Acting in pursuance of a general criminal plan and according to the previously agreed role of the curator of the exhibition, Zulumyan A.G. By persuasion, they brought to participation in the exhibition of artists Shchechkin V.V., Podosinova A.N., Sigutin A.V., Vinogradova G.I., Filippova A.S., Sazhina V.L., Zrazhevskaya A.A., Sarksyan O.R., Florensky V.P., Balstyan V.A. Batynkova and others, presented the exhibit of his own manufacture “Forgotten Testaments”, compiled and propagated the text of the concept of the exhibition “Caution, religion!”, And also coordinated the actions of other accomplices: Zolyan N., Mikhalchuk A.A. and Vasilovskaya L.V.
Acting in fulfillment of the general criminal plan and, according to the previously stipulated role of the coordinator of the exhibition, Zolyan N., by persuasion, attracted A.A. Dorokhov, presented the exhibit of its own production (without name), compiled and propagated the text of the concept of the exhibition “Caution, religion!” With the subtitle “knowing himself is his own executioner,” and also provided her ex -husband and curator of the exhibition Zulumyan A.G. Assistance in the coordination of the actions of other accomplices: Mikhalchuk A.A. and Vasilovskaya L.V.
Acting in pursuance of a general criminal plan and according to the previously agreed role of the coordinator of the exhibition Mikhalchuk A.A. Having examined the selected by Zulumyan A.G., Zolyan N., Mikhalchuk A.A. and Vasilovskaya L.V. Exhibits and realizing their correspondence of the conceptual orientation of the exhibition, Samodurov Yu.V. He agreed to their placement and a public free demonstration in the museum at the address: Moscow, st. Earth Val, 57, p. 6, for the period from January 09 to February 10, 2003.
As a result of the indicated joint actions of Samodrurova Yu.V., Vasilovskaya L.V., Zulumyan A.G., Zolyan N. and Mikhalchuk A.A. On January 14, 2003, the free exhibition “Caution, Religion!” Was opened, on which, until January 18, 2003, the listed exhibits were publicly demonstrated, the selection of which deliberately provoked the audience to aggressive rejection of the most important categories, concepts, images of Russian culture, insulted national and religious feelings of believers, which contributed to the incorporation of conflicts on religious and national soil.
At the indicated exhibition, the following exhibits combined into a single exhibition were demonstrated:
-Exhibits Magidova N.V.: Poster-sparrow of the exhibition “Caution, religion!” And his work that continues his work “there is no empty place.” The poster is a photocopied photograph of the empty salary of the icon “Savior Elistress”, where the “Other Dangers” road sign in the form of an exclamation mark in a red triangle is inserted into the place of the face. The exhibit “Holy Place doesn’t happen empty” is 12 photocopies of the same salary with various symbols inserted into place, mainly from the “Service Sphere”: machine, tape headphones, coffee coffee, a TV, image of a skull and crossed bones;
- Exhibit of Florensky V.P. “Russian Orthodox Church”, which is a shield with three letters “P”, “P”, “C” carved from foam and hung with Christmas garlands attached to it;
- Exhibit Zrazhevskaya A.A. “Do not create an idol for yourself”, which is a sheet of plywood in the size of 198x122 cm, imitating the salary of the Orthodox icon “Savior on the throne”, in which there is no face, hands and opened the gospel, and instead of them, where each visitor can place his face and any book. The composition of the exhibit includes a camera on a tripod, turned by a lens to the image of a salary, with the inscription: “Photo. Inexpensive”;
- Exhibit Kulik O.B. The “new word”, which is a color photograph in the frame with the Passpart, which depicts a costume scene of worship: the young man and the girl, draped under the Renaissance era, bow to one knee in front of the man, costumed under Jesus Christ with Tern, on his head, but instead of hands he has a cow's hoof, and they have a corpse of a pig;
- Exhibit A. Dorokhova “In the beginning there was a word”, which is a triptych, each part of which placed an image of a conditional silhouette as if a crucified person: in the first fragment - on a cross and against the background of a text from the Gospel, in the second - on a five -pointed star and against the background of the “manifesto of the communist party”, and in the third - on the swastika and against the background of the “mines of Kampf” Adolf Hitler;
- Elagina Elagina E. “Ixisos”, presented in the form of a photograph, which shows a wooden cross on a “slide” symbolizing Calvary. Instead of the image of the crucifixes, Soviet premises-pre-penetrations of the type “beware of wounding hands” are pasted over the entire surface of the cross, and a garland of sausages is suspended to the sleeves of the cross with a half-ring;
-the exposure of Kosolapova A. “Coca-Cola”, representing a color advertising poster, which includes the face of Jesus Christ and the inscription in the English language: “COCA COLA. This is My Blood”, which means: “Coca Kola. This is my blood”;
-Exhibit Ter-Ogaganyan A.S. “Icons on cardboard”, which is eight icons of Christ the Savior and the Mother of God, the release of the Moscow production plant “Sofrino”, on the seven of which, completely crossing horizontally or vertically, in large gross letters, “Revolucia”, “Vodka”, “Kalashnikov”, “Russian Art”, “Vodka”, “vodka” “50%”, “Lenin”, “1917”, and on one of the icons - the image of a sickle and hammer.
- Exhibit Batynkova K.A. “Seven mortal sins”, which is seven color photographs with dimensions of 50x70 cm, which are placed in wooden frames for glass, which depict a family in everyday life. Photos depict the time of family wire during the day. The sin of gluttony represents a family feast, the sin of idleness - a watching TV, the sin of idolatry - a room hung with photographs, idol posters. The sin of deadly is represented by a boy with toy weapons;
- Exhibit Balstyan V.A. “Ribbet Adam”, consisting of an animated film, which is repeated within “1 hour 1 minute 48 seconds” on a monitor, playing the role of an altar located in the lower part of the exposure against the background of gray fabric. In front of the monitor, there is a plane with the recesses in which “metal tags with numbers and pieces of clay squeezed out on them are embedded;
- Exhibit of Orlova V.M. and Mitlyanskaya A.Yu. “Last dinner”, consisting of two parts: the video showed the cut, agonizing head of the fish, and three photos depicting the bloodied fish and fins lying on the dish;
- Exhibit Mikhalchuk A.A. “Where and who?”, Representing a plywood sheet of 37.7x42 with five photoedalons attached to it - samples of ritual photographs of the deceased, made specifically for graves;
- Exhibit Sargsyan O.R. “The action“ HB! ”, Conducted in 1999,” representing six color photographs of 15x10 cm dimensions, on which the dome of the Moscow Planetarium depicted an Easter egg with the letters “HB!” On the rostrum, “a man, rushing under an Orthodox priest with a cross on his chest, smiling mockingly, shouted something to the crowd standing below”;
- Exhibit Pokryaritskaya M.G. “In the temple”, consisting of four bent curly blue walls, against the background of each of which a gilded angel on the cloud; Three walls depicting the dolls of saints, each on a curly purple stand; and two dolls of chapel and all this on a pink-blue pedestal;
- Exhibit Antoshina T.K. (without a name) in the form of an empty salary of an icon;
- Exhibit Dev. Y. “Clothing for the Messiah”, representing an imitation of the great Christian shrine - the Hiton of the Lord;
- Exhibit Schechkina V.V. “Non -resistance to evil by violence”, representing three cardboard canvases with photore products of the portrait of F. Dostoevsky, a metal cell for birds, a bust of the writer Tolstoy L.N. Three photocopies from the well -known picture of Perov, depicting a portrait of Dostoevsky, to which the gray webial wings of the bat were drawn on the one portrait from behind, a ax was drawn in his hands, in the third Dostoevsky held a cage with a bird;
- Exhibits Sigutin A.V. “Artist by note”, representing a piece of white x/b
The fabrics of the 75x120 dimensions and the text of the 18th -century cathedral message “is appropriate for the painter Smuranna, meek, awe, unraveled, non -mechanical creator, moward, non -grain, non -blessers, and it is more likely to keep the spiritual and bodily purity with all the fear.” “Words like a hammer” represents 8 sheets of A-4 format, which contains the texts of fragments from the new and Old Testaments dialed on the computer. These links are printed on narrow stripes of paper, like ads. So, every person who is interested in a specific quote can tear off a strip of paper containing a link;
- Exhibit Podosinova A.N. (without a name), representing three black and white photos. The first photograph, which is a fragment of the reproduction of the old photograph of the beginning of the 20th century: on the right side of the fragment is a boy, and the rest of the photograph is a number of hands of sitting Orthodox priests. In black rows with crosses in a row, decapitated (technique of photographer) sit, and therefore killed (in the minds of the viewer) priests and nearby - an ordinary living boy. A series consisting of two photographs are images of manifesting, protesting Orthodox citizens, and the form of space forms a line of a very long multi -meter poster (the manifestation of believers against the demonstration of the film Martin Scorsese “The Last Temptation of Christ”);
-Valdron I. Valdron “Hello Dolli!”, Representing a large panel with the image of the sheep and inscriptions in English: “Hello, shrine! Hile, dolly, Lamb of God”;
- Exhibits G.I. The first is “Anima”, it is three canvases, on which by computer printing a photographic image of a girl is applied. On the girl’s face is placed a color projection of a cross of two wide stripes. The work is performed in dark brown white-gold and red colors. The second exhibit - “Porfiry Ivanov - Drahuyaya - Mahuayayaya”, which is an installation associated with the activities of the preacher from the island of New Guinea, made using “pornology” - the reception from the arsenal of Moscow conceptualism (creeping speech into swearing abuse);
- Zautashvili I. (without name), consisting of the following composition: a knife with the word “Relygia” engraved in Latin letters, stuck in a cardboard box and four photographs located on the wall. In the photo (1), in the left of the upper part of the composition, the viewer saw a woman in an obscene pose, with her legs spread and a face closed with something. A icon is placed between the legs of the woman in the place of the genitals; The next photograph (2) is the profile of a boy in headphones whose gaze is directed in the opposite direction; photography (3), posted below, demonstrated an abstract space composition; and (4) - part of the naked female thigh with the inscription “Love” and a heart drawn by lipstick;
- Exhibit Zulumyan A.G. “Forgotten covenants”, which is a panel and box with compartments where letters are laid out, from which you can lay out any “covenants”;
- Exhibit Mamysheva V.Yu. “Caution Religion!”, It is an image of a person similar to V.V. Putin, who is attending in an imposing position against the backdrop of the temple. A mantle in the form of a monastic cassock with the stars of the “Wind Rose” scattered on it is dressed on it. The index finger of the human left hand is raised up, the Orthodox cross is drawn in place of the finger;
- the exhibit of V. Kruglikova (without a number), representing a lemonade label, where the image of a God with a baby is placed next to the image of the fruit;
- exhibit Turkish A.V. (without a name), representing a photo collage, on the first sheet of which a picture with a scene of the crucifixion of Christ on Calvary. Instead of the figure of Christ, a color photograph of a naked woman, as if crucified on the cross, is placed on the cross. The second photo collage is a photograph of Leonardo da Vinci's painting “The Secret Office”. Instead of the figure of Christ, a mirror is glued, so everyone, suitable for work, could see his face in him;
- Exhibit Obukhova M.V. “New Religion”, located on the ceiling, above the heads of visitors, consisting of several cloths in the shape of a cross. On these panels, naked women surrounded by angels and cherubs are depicted in obscene poses;
- The exhibit of the “Blue Soup” group called “at the hour of trouble”, which is a video of the group of 18 episodes. The action performed in these episodes has visible meaningfulness and complete lack of self -containment: the knock of a hammer, the movement of the hands pressing the bell button, the swirling of the balls;
-Exhibit-Percoman Sazhina V.L. (without a name): An earthen lump is poured in the center, into which a stake is stuck. Обнаженная женщина, раскрашенная краской, совершает непристойные движения, которые имеют ритуальный смысл;
– экспонат Золян Н. (без названия) представляющий собой телевизор, стоящий на коробе черного цвета;
– экспонат Каменецкой Н.Ю. “Святой Себастьян”, представляет собой объект из шелковой материи размерами 50х70 см., в которую особым образом вшита картина. На картине изображены фрагменты картин различных художников. Центром работы является изображение Святого Себастьяна с картины Тициана, на которую наложены работы разных художников различных времен (Тициана, Энди Уорхолла и т.д.) с изображением Святого Себастьяна. Все это заключено в круг. В шелковую ткань, на которую нанесено изображение, снизу и сверху вдеты металлические трубки. Через верхнюю трубку вдевается веревка и работа подвешивается на стену;
– экспонат Гуревич (без названия), представляющий композицию из водочных бутылок, на которые надеты луковицы в виде куполов. Под бутылками атрибуты распития спиртного: полусъеденная вобла, три кусочка хлеба. Из водочных бутылок составлен Храм;
– экспонат Драгоевой и Мавромати “Фонтан”, представляющий фотографию головы фигурки горностая. Рядом с фотографией лежал листок с пояснениями к работе: “имеет место новый зооморфный символ Бога, “одобренный” православной церковью, - кто хочет, может перекреститься, а кто хочет - плюнуть”.
Изображения, предметы, тексты, использованные в экспонатах данной экспозиции, являются значимыми для исторической и социальной памяти народов России и, прежде всего для народов, исповедующих православие, а также для других христиан, содержат предметы и тексты, имеющие культовое назначение и религиозный смысл, в частности: оклад иконы Спас Нерукотворный (в работах Антошиной, Магидовой Зулумяна); оклад иконы “Великий Архиерей” (в работе Зражевской) имитация колокольного звона (работа Галстяна); распятие (работы Дорохова, Турецкой); молитва (группа “Синий суп”), аббревиатура РПЦ (работа Флоренского); крест (работы Елагиной, Виноградова, Подосинова Мамышева); слова Иисуса Христа из Евангелия: “Сие есть кровь моя” (работа Косолапова) символ Христианства - рыба (работа Орлова, Митлянской) название Last supper, переводящееся как “Последний ужин” (работа Орлова, Митлянской); терновый венец (работа Кулика); Хитон Господень (работа Каждана); иконы (работа Тер-Оганьяна); евангельские тексты (работа Сигутина); слова из Евангелия “агнец божий” (работа Вальдрон); Евангельские заповеди (работа Зулумяна) образ Божьей Матери (работы Зауташвили, Кругликова); Святой Себастьян (работа Каменецкой); Церковные купола (работа Гуревич); Православный храм (работы Мамышева, Мавромати).
Использованные в перечисленных экспонатах словесные и изобразительные средства содержали унизительные характеристики, отрицательные эмоциональные оценки и негативные установки, возбуждающие ненависть и вражду по отношению к христианству, православию, Русской Православной Церкви, унижающие достоинство людей по признаку национальной и религиозной принадлежности.
Цель выставки достигнута путем использования в представленных на нее экспонатах специальных языковых (вербальных), визуальных, звуковых средств, методов скрытого психологического манипулирования сознанием и других психотехнических методов для передачи оскорбительных и унизительных характеристик, отрицательных эмоциональных оценок, негативных установок и побуждений к действиям против христианства вообще и русского православия в частности: десакрализация сакральных образов посредством создания ассоциативных связей между сакральным и низким, отвратительным, комическим, ужасным; обусловливание изображений половыми стимулами и стимулами отвращения; создание депрессивных ассоциативных связей при помощи изобразительных и вербальных средств в видеофильмах, с помощью чего были оскорблены и унижены религиозные чувства верующих и неверующих лиц, имеющих представление о святости (сакральности) основных символов христианской религии.
Публичная демонстрация экспонатов выставки в музее по указанному адресу проходила с 14 по 18 января 2003 года и вызвала широкий общественный резонанс, возбудила ненависть и вражду, а также унизила национальное достоинство большого числа верующих в связи с их принадлежностью к христианской религии, в особенности к православному христианству и Русской Православной Церкви, чем нарушались принципы конституционного строя Российской Федерации, закрепленные в положениях ч.5 ст.13, ст.14 и ст.28 Конституции Российской Федерации и гарантирующих принцип веротерпимости как залог гражданского мира и стабильности демократического общества.
Таким образом, Михальчук А.А. совместно с Зулумяном А.Г., Золян Н., Василовской Л.В. и Самодуровым Ю.В. совершила преступление, предусмотренное ч.1 ст.282 УК РФ.
