In Moscow, a police special plan "Hurrican-4" was introduced, providing for a number of measures to eliminate the consequences of the attack, ITAR-TASS reports.

The number of police patrols on the streets of the city has been increased by a third, the density of the police outfits increased.

Under a special security, stations, metro station, state -owned institutions and especially important facilities are taken. The passport regime is toughened.

In addition, in all major cities of Russia, where there is a metro, a hurricane special plan has been introduced. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexander Chekalin.

The deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs explained that this plan involves increasing the patrol of the metro stations.
