
At the end of March, an agreement on cooperation will be signed between the Ministry of Culture of the Moscow Region and the Moscow Diocese.
This was reported today by Interfax in the cultural department of the Moscow Region. It was noted there that "the agreement should set up all points over" I "in the joint existence of religious and museum services in historical and architectural complexes in the Moscow Region," the agency’s interlocutor noted.
“For the sample, we intend to take relations between the Orthodox clergy and the museum workers, which are now in the Trinity -Sergius Lavra. All temples operate there, the spiritual seminary and the Academy are working and at the same time the museum exposition operates,” he added.
The agreement will contain points on the protection of rural temples representing historical value, as well as agreements on the production of joint television and radio programs.
