
In the Moscow region, anti -terrorism measures are being taken. This was stated on the air of the Echo of Moscow radio station, the Minister of Press and Information of the Moscow Region Andrei Barkovsky.
According to him, "this concerns the protection and defense of all vital objects, where there are many people, as well as schools, clinics and other similar institutions."
Corresponding measures are taken not only in connection with the tragedy in the Moscow metro. They are held under the auspices of the anti -terrorist commission, headed by the Governor of the Moscow Region Boris Gromov, Barkovsky noted.
Note that on February 18, in the Ramensky district of the Moscow Region, a gas pipeline was damaged using two explosive devices. The responsibility for the blow was taken by one of the leaders of Chechen separatists Shamil Basayev.
