I.O. Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Alexei Kudrin criticized the work of the Russian government apparatus.
"Documents in the apparatus lie for weeks and months, this is a known lack of his work," Kudrin said on Saturday during a meeting of the State Commission for the Celebration of the 1000th anniversary of Kazan. “We will not allow this anymore,” said the acting Deputy Prime Minister.
He said that a number of programmatic events celebrating the anniversary of Kazan were not financed from the federal budget for two months. "The documents were in the device, I did not even know that there was such red tape," Kudrin said.
According to him, next week all the documents will be signed, and the financing will go. “Yesterday I gave such an assignment,” said the acting Deputy Prime Minister.
Kudrin expressed the hope that the new Prime Minister will reduce the number of government apparatus and increase the efficiency of his work. "I hope the new prime minister will put things in order in the operation of the apparatus, reducing it and increasing its effectiveness," he said.
