But we are children of nature, which is convinced of us the serene functioning of the City Duma, which, due to the elevation of morals, is tempting to call SPM - Senatus populusque moscoviensis.

On March 14, when the Muscovites elect half (presumably, it will not work) advisers of completely disenfranchised regional assemblies, the decisive victory of the kingdom of nature over civilization will be fixed.
