Turblaev surrendered so that he was undergoing an amputation of the leg, said Ilya Shabalkin ITAR-TASS, an official representative of the regional headquarters for managing a counter-terrorism operation in the North Caucasus.

Shabalkin said that "an act of humanity was shown to Tourlaev in accordance with Russian law by federal forces." The authorities, taking into account his wound, causing a sharp deterioration in his physical condition, placed Turlaev in the hospital, where an urgent operation was carried out.

Currently, Turlaev is qualified medical care.
